South 16th Street Townhouse

Complete and modern renovation of a 3000 square-foot of a generic 1990’s house in Philadelphia’s Graduate Hospital Area. Minimalist detailed perforated stainless steel and glass staircase was a challenge in the poorly framed house. The renovation included an open white kitchen with mirrored and back painted glass backsplash. Custom tilework in all bathrooms.
