Tribeca Triplex

Gut renovation combining four floor-through lofts to create an 8,000 sq.ft. 2-Bedroom triplex in NYC’s Tribeca neighborhood. Designed as one continuous gesture, the program request was for large open spaces, within a large open plan — accomplished with a simple language of materials, articulation of functions, and a refined crafting of details. A replica regulation basketball half-court was incorporated into the Guest Suite.
