His father was a developer and Larry started working on building projects in his teens. New York-born, and Annapolis, Maryland-raised, he studied to be a painter at the San Francisco Art Institute and the New York Studio School. Moving to NYC in the early 1980\u2019s, he immersed himself in the downtown art scene showing at the Josh Baer Gallery, leading to his paintings being acquired by numerous private and corporate collections.
