Gut renovation of a derelict building in Philadelphia\u2019s Olde Kensington neighborhood to create a 3-story + Basement Bar\/Restaurant. Project required extensive structural framing and masonry work, and the addition of a new 4-story stair tower. We were tasked with the redesign of the two main facades and all interiors.<\/p>\n
Built-in custom cabinetry highlights the three full bars, DJ booth, 1st floor oak banquette and 3rd floor wrap-around tiered bench.<\/p>\n
