Say No More<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

October 2024 \u2014 Lang Construction is pleased to introduce a recently completed hospitality project in Olde Kensington, Philadelphia: Say No More, a bar and restaurant.<\/p>\n

This gut renovation of a derelict 3-story + basement building required an extensive structural overhaul of both framing and masonry, and the new addition of a 4-story stair tower.<\/p>\n

Included on the interior was the installation of a 4-story elevator for convenience and compliance with ADA guidelines. Also in the scope of work was the shoring and underpinning of the entire building for the basement dig-out to achieve a new height of 9 feet.<\/p>\n

In addition to replacing all windows and roof, the ground floor facades were re-configured for entry doors, ramp, signage display windows, and glass block infills.<\/p>\n
